Create a Community Garden at the library in Cicero
Peas, lettuce, radishes, rutabaga, mache and shallots are up. Transplanted kale, green onions and leeks are doing well. No sign yet of beets, spinach or carrot sprouts. I plan to plant out broccoli transplants this weekend and put in more pea seeds, too. In the house the parsley, tomatoes, peppers and eggplant are coming along.
